I refer to the reply to Question Nos. 785, 789 and 792 of 12 January 2011. As the building in question is outside the area encompassed by the Preservation Order on Nos. 14 to 17 Moore Street, there was no requirement for Ministerial consent to be obtained for the works and my Department was not consulted in relation to the matter.
