Question 154: To ask the Taoiseach in respect of the past five years if he will detail the number of court cases initiated against the State defended by the Office of the Attorney General; the number of such cases lost by the State upon completion of the litigation process; the number of cases won by the State; the number of cases settled; the number of cases not pursued or withdrawn by the plaintiff and the number of such cases currently outstanding before the Courts.
