Question 583: To ask the Minister for Justice and Law Reform the number of cases dealt with by the Central Authority for Child Abduction in 2009 and 2010; the number of cases concerning abductions into the State from other countries and those concerning abductions from the State to other countries in each year; the number of cases dealt with under the Hague Convention, the Luxembourg Convention and the Brussels II Bis Regulation; the outcome of each case in each year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
