Question 394: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if domestic staff at a hospital (details supplied) are trained and expected to feed patients with specific dietary requirements resulting from medical consultation in the absence of nursing staff; the number of complaints received by the hospital during the years 2009 and 2010 regarding this practice; the action the hospital has taken on this matter; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
