The person named registered 8 animals under the 2008 and 5 animals under the 2009 Suckler Welfare Scheme. By participating in this scheme, each applicant undertook to carry out, and notify to my Department, all the measures provided for in the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme on all eligible animals and calves on the holding for the full five years of the scheme. The person named did not notify the Department of any of these events required under this scheme, and is, therefore, ineligible for payment.
