An application under the 2010 Single Payment/Disadvantaged Area Scheme was received from the person named on 7 May 2010. During validation of the application an over-claim was identified on one of the parcels listed. The person named was written to and, following a review, the matter has been resolved. Payments due under both Schemes will issue to the person named shortly.
