Refreshments for meetings or functions which I hold in my office are normally purchased from the Department's canteen or local shops. The total spent in 2008, 2009 and 2010 for this is listed in the table below. The details of the breakdown requested by the Deputy are not readily available as these are not generally recorded electronically.
