Question 72: To ask the Minister for Social Protection if any employee at senior management level of any State body or organisation under the auspices of his Department has received any bonus payment in the past 12 months; if so, the amounts received and the reasons for same; the person who made the decision to grant this payment and the reason for same; if this matter was referred to him or if he was informed of the matter; if so, the views he expressed; the response, if any, from the body concerned; the subsequent decision taken by such body; the rank of the recipient; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The three statutory bodies operating under the aegis of the Department are the Pensions Board, the Citizens Information Board and the Social Welfare Tribunal. In addition, the Pensions Ombudsman comes under the remit of the Department.

No bonus payment was made to any staff member of the above statutory bodies operating under the aegis of the Department in the past twelve months.
