Question 252: To ask the Minister for Social Protection if he has calculated the cost of reducing the national minimum wage by €1 in view of the likely increased entitlement of those in receipt of the minimum wage to increased rent allowance payments, family income supplement entitlements and other secondary social welfare benefits; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
