Question 90: To ask the Minister for Finance the recommendations contained in the special group on public service numbers and expenditure programme that pertain to the Revenue Commissioners, the Valuations Office, the Public Appointments Service, the Office of the Commission for Public Service Appointments and the Office of the Ombudsman; the detail of each of the proposed savings in relation to each body; which of these have been implemented to date; the total savings achieved to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The recommendations contained in the special group on public service numbers and expenditure programme that pertain to the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, the Valuation Office, the Public Appointments Service, the Office of the Commission for Public Service Appointments and the Office of the Ombudsman; the detail of each of the proposed savings in relation to each body; which of these have been implemented to date and the total savings achieved to date as requested by the Deputy are contained in the following table.
