Question 216: To ask the Minister for Justice and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the decision by the UK Border Agency to suspend using language analysis testing on asylum seekers that had been supplied from a Swedish firm; if the Office of the Refugee Applications Commission continues to use the services of this firm; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will be aware, the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner uses the services of the firm in question and I am advised that it has no plans to cease so using it.
