Question 94: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if the proposed new Mayor of Dublin office has been assessed for cost effectiveness; if it is intended to abolish the existing structures to accommodate the financial requirements of the new office; if any appraisal has been carried out of the total number of staff required in the new office; the way the costs involved are likely to sit alongside the various Departmental cutbacks; the extent of any cutbacks needed to accommodate the new offices; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
