2057I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that while a repayment claim was received from the person concerned, the matter is currently under enquiry and correspondence is ongoing between Revenue and the taxpayer's agent. Revenue will not be in a position to consider the repayment until the veracity of the claim has been established.
