Question 457: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position regarding an application for a foreshore licence (details supplied) in County Cork; if the local authority is now permitted to proceed with the public advertisement phase if it so wishes; to give a timeframe for the issuance of a decision on the foreshore license once the planning process has been concluded; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
