Question 112: To ask the Minister for Health and Children, further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 193 and 194 of 25 May 2010, the development in terms of the steps she has taken, including if she is making the necessary funding available, to enable the 116000 hotline for missing children to be up and running on an island wide basis. A hotline for missing children is in operation in some EU Member States. My Office is currently involved in discussions with other relevant Government Departments in relation to the establishment of this service. I will keep the Deputy informed of developments in this regard.
