Question 1416: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government his plans to amend the wording of the declaration on form RF111A to allow persons use a commercial vehicle for incidental personal use subject to the primary use of the vehicle being commercial in nature. I propose to take Questions Nos. 1416 and 1468 together.
Form RF111A is a "goods only" declaration applicable where the goods rate of motor vehicle tax is being sought.
There are no plans at present to amend Form RF111A.
