Question 699: To ask the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 284 of 29 June 2010 if she will instruct the Health Service Executive to investigate the reply in view of the fact that this person's gross income is not above the income threshold to qualify for a medical card as a person over the age of 70 years contrary to that stated in the reply.
