Question 214: To ask the Minister for Justice and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to an alleged back dating of a High Court Order by an employee of the Courts Service in a case involving a person (details supplied); if an investigation or inquiry has been carried out in this case to establish the facts; if the outcome of any investigation or inquiry has been or will be carried out in this case to establish the facts; if the outcome of any investigation or inquiry will be communicated to the person involved; the way the matter can be dealt with to allow this person to proceed with an appeal to the Supreme Court as they wish to do so; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
