Question 192: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 14 in which a general practitioner referral for orthopaedic surgery to St. James's Hospital was not given to the consultant for a full two years; and if she will confirm if there are other such cases of referrals undelivered to the appropriate consultant in St. James's Hospital; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
