I propose to take Questions Nos. 243 to 245, inclusive, together.

There were no unprompted voluntary disclosures to, or settlements with, the Revenue Commissioners by my Department in the years from 2005 to date in 2010. In this period, an audit of my Department's PAYE, PRSI, VAT, Withholding Tax and Relevant Contracts Tax records dating from 1 January 2008 to 31 May 2009 was conducted by the Revenue Commissioners in 2009 without any issues or additional tax liabilities arising.
