The information sought by the Deputy relates to the provision of funding in respect of human resource/personnel development schemes and the development of management/union partnerships of best practices in health enterprises. The Secretary General of my Department has initiated a review of the Department's involvement in these matters. The Comptroller and Auditor General is also examining the matter and has sought information from both my Department and the HSE in this regard. Further details will be available on the completion of these enquiries.
