The information requested by the Deputy in respect of the years up to and including 2008 is available in the Annual Reports and Accounts of Údarás na Gaeltachta which are laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas annually and published on An tÚdarás' website www.udaras.ie. Information in respect of 2009 will be included in the 2009 Údarás na Gaeltachta Annual Report and Accounts, which will be published shortly. For the convenience of the Deputy, relevant details in relation to the number of jobs created/lost in the period since 1997 are set out in the table.
