I refer the Deputy to my reply to her Questions Nos. 197 and 198 of 12 May 2010. My Department's involvement in discussions with those involved in this issue is to explore the scope for engagement by them, under the auspices of an agreed independent person, in relation to the matters involved, with a view to resolution of the dispute. These discussions continue but they remain at a sensitive stage.
