I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the person concerned made an application for residence in the State based on his marriage to a French national on 29 July, 2009. The legal representative for the person concerned was informed of the decision to refuse this application.
A request by the legal representative for the applicant for a review of this decision was received on 9 June, 2010. All applications for review are dealt with in chronological order of date of receipt and the decision to refuse this application remains under review.
