I propose to take Questions Nos. 321 to 324, inclusive, together.

Article 13 of the Road (Traffic and Parking) Regulations, 1997 prohibits the driving of vehicles, including pedal cycles, along or across footways except where a specific cycle track has been provided or the vehicle is being driven for the purpose of access to or egress from a place adjacent to the footway. I have no proposals to amend these provisions.
