Question 279: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the reason it took eight years for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo to receive a letter advising them that they are on a waiting list to be assessed by an occupational therapist; her views on whether this is satisfactory treatment; the action that can be taken to prevent this from happening to another person; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
