Question 276: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the reason the Health Service Executive is not paying pharmacists on time; the amount that has been paid in penalties to pharmacists in 2009 and in the first six months to date in 2010; if personnel will be made available to the accounts section in the HSE to enable that office to comply with the Late Payment in Commercial Transactions Regulation 2002, with particular regard to an area.
