Question 176: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the position regarding the recommendations in the report into the death of a person (details supplied) in County Cavan; the recommendations that have been implemented in full, those that have been partially progressed and the recommendations that have not yet been acted upon; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I understand from the HSE that 19 of the recommendations of the report referred to by the Deputy have been implemented and that the remaining two recommendations which are still applicable are in progress. The HSE has indicated that it will write immediately to the Deputy with further details in this regard.
