Question 106: To ask the Minister for Health and Children when it is expected that the large number of applications for medical cards, psychological assessments, speech and language therapy, mortgage and rent support, home help and other essential support services provided by the Health Service Executive will be dealt with; if any effort is being made to ensure that the necessary staffing levels are redirected and maintained to ensure the delivery of such vital services at this time; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
