Question 412: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he has received an invitation from the Joint Committee on Environment, Heritage and Local Government to appear before it to answer questions on the problems arising with architects from the imposition of the Building Control Act; if he has indicated if he will appear before the committee and when the committee can expect a response; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
