It is assumed that the Deputy is referring to the recently announced OMCYA Dormant Accounts Youth Café Funding Scheme which is being administered by POBAL on behalf of my Office. My Office does not accept applications for this scheme. All applications for this scheme must be made to City & County Development Boards who will then submit a short-list of suitable applications to POBAL.
