Question 407: To ask the Minister for Social Protection the reason a person (details supplied) in County Dublin was refused assistance by a community welfare officer and advised to seek assistance from a local authority homeless service; if assistance will now be provided in view of the fact that this person is unable to obtain documentation to support their application for rent allowance, due to a pending court case; and if their application will now be reviewed.
