Question 147: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 265 of 25 May 2010, if he has information from the Garda on the number of such vehicles that have been confiscated to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24125/10]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the following table shows the number of motorcycles which are recorded as having been detained under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Acts:
