Question 126: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the reason home help hours have been reduced to two hours per week in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan; and if she will intervene in this case in view of the fact that the person has no family living in Ireland and is dependent on home help for assistance with day to day chores.
