Question 317: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if persons travelling to Ireland from Mauritius solely for the purposes of a three week visit, are required to make a visa application. [23199/10]

I can confirm for the Deputy that citizens of Mauritius are required to be in possession of a valid Irish visa regardless of the proposed duration of travel to the State.
