Based on the information provided by the Deputy, my Department has no record of a visa application for the person referred to. It would appear that the reference number provided is not a current visa application number for the person concerned. It is open to the applicant to complete an on-line visa application form. It should be borne in mind that the signed two page summary sheet along with the required supporting documentation and fee, if applicable, must be submitted to the relevant embassy/consulate within 30 days of completing the on-line application form.
