Question 308: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the reason the liability date for payment of non-principal private residence tax is 31 March 2010 when the date for 2009 was 31 July resulting in a 25% retrospective increase on last year's annual tax which should have another four months to run.
