Question 93: To ask the Minister for Defence if the director of legal services has concluded his consideration of the report of the court of inquiry into the accident at Kilworth Camp, County Cork, in June 2009 when an officer was seriously injured in a training incident; the action he will take arising from this report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The report is still being considered by the Director of the Defence Forces Legal Services. The matter is the subject of ongoing correspondence between the Director and the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 1st Southern Brigade.
