Following receipt of a letter from the liquidators of the company in question, stating that no funds were available, Enterprise Ireland issued a claim to the guarantor of the grants and equity. The agency has continued to pursue the recovery of the funds due with the guarantor. Since no funds have been received so far, the agency has advised the guarantor that legal proceedings will commence to recover these funds.
