Question 766: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if funding for a scheme (details supplied) will be forthcoming from his Department to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council when the anticipated tender report and contract proposal are presented next month; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Carysfort to Maretimo Sewerage Scheme (Stream Improvement) is approved as a contract to start in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2010 – 2012 at an estimated cost of €5.9 m.
A decision on the level of funding to be provided for the Scheme will be made on receipt of the tender information from Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.
