Question 150: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the reason an exemption on rehabilitative grounds was not extended to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 to allow them to continue in a community employment scheme until 11 September 2010; if he will confirm the regulations and state whether it is in order for a person to carry on after their 65th birthday when an exemption exists; if she will grant this person an exemption to enable them to continue on the scheme.
