Question 145: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department issues citizenship certificates in both Irish and English or just in the Irish language; his views on whether it is acceptable to issue such certificates only in the Irish language to applicants who were not born or educated here and have very little knowledge of the Irish language; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
