Question 127: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the circumstances in which the Health Service Executive takes charge of the management of the bank account of a person in long-term care whose capacity to make financial decisions may be impaired; if he is obliged to consult with the next of kin; and if kin have any continuing role in approving financial decisions.
