Question 368: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, further to Parliamentary Question No. 62 of 21 January 2010, if he will announce when the Bandon sewerage scheme, County Cork, will go to tender in view of the need to complete the scheme due to flooding issues in the town; when he expects that the water services investment programme 2010 to 2012 will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I propose to take Questions Nos. 367 and 368 together.
In relation to the position on the proposed sewerage scheme for Courtmacsherry and Timoleague I refer to the reply to Question No. 560 of 2 February 2010. In relation to the position on the Bandon Sewerage Scheme, I refer to the reply to Question No. 62 of 21 January 2010. I expect to publish the Water Services Investment Programme 2010 to 2012 in the coming weeks.
