Question 246: To ask the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 300 of 23 March 2010, if she will address the issue of the small number of women who received contaminated anti-D but who have tested negative for hepatitis C despite having similar health problems to persons who have tested positive; if legislative change is necessary to address this; if she will amend the legislation; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
