Question 146: To ask the Minister for Transport if there is an Irish and European international minimum level of strength needed to drive a manual car following a traffic accident when such a driver gets tired easily and may not be able to drive in a safe manner for too long a journey; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Under the Road Safety Authority Act 2006 (Conferral of Functions) Order 2006 (S.I. No. 477 of 2006) driver licensing is a matter for the Road Safety Authority.
