Question 87: To ask the Minister for Transport his views on the recent report by the Comptroller and Auditor General into the Road Safety Authority driver testing service; his further views on the consistency of testing in view of the divergent rates at test centres across the country outlined in the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Under the Road Safety Authority Act 2006 (Conferral of Functions) Order 2006 (S.I. No. 477 of 2006) this is a matter for the Road Safety Authority.
