Question 362: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he will list every local authority that is participating in the cycle to work scheme; if he has had discussions with the local authorities that are not participating; the reason for their non-participation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The participation of local authorities in the Government's Cycle to Work Scheme is an administrative matter for the local authorities themselves and my Department does not collect information on the matter. I would actively encourage all public bodies to participate in the Scheme.
