Question 356: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the unintended consequence that will follow the enactment and implementation of Part 3 of the Building Control Act 2007, which deals with the protection of the title of architect; and if his attention has been further drawn to the damage to more than 1,000 architects and their families as a result of the enactment of this part of the Bill in question; his views on an organisation (details supplied) whose members will be given an unfair advantage from this enactment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
