Question 209: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the child psychiatry service in counties Laois and Offaly is suspended to all routine referrals, due to a huge backlog in work and very limited resources; the number of referrals on the waiting list; the number of persons who have been informed that they cannot be placed on the waiting list; the steps she proposes to take to deal with this issue; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
